Jack founded Collett Mechanical Inc., a commercial Plumbing and HVAC company, in 1991 in upstate New York. He has spent the last 40 years as an estimator, project manager, and field manager. He holds a plumbing license in Albany, New York and is taking care of design bid, plan, and spec estimation. Jack was born and raised in Schenectady, New York and currently lives in Bradenton, Florida.

Kevin was born and raised in Albany, New York where he attended Siena College after high school. He has worked in Accounting/Finance for the construction industry for over 13 years most recently in the plumbing and HVAC industries. While Kevin also has experience in human resources and insurance, his current responsibilities include financial oversight & procedures.

Joe has held a Certified Plumbing License since 1987 in the State of Florida and holds multiple plumbing licenses across several other states as well. He is certified in backflow protection and cross contamination. He has been a Foreman/Journeyman for almost 30 years, the last 6 of which as a Plumbing Estimator & Project Manager. Joe was born in Albany, New York and currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.
